(More customer reviews)First unit shipped to me had a significant ding on the front panel and was missing the handle that prevents you from accidentally switching the whole unit off. The replacement unit they sent had also been dropped and was in the shape of a deformed trapezoid. This company can't seem to ship undamaged product. It could be a simple matter of improving the packaging of the shipping box, as the boxes they come in are not very strong. They were not shipped in Amazon boxes.
It would be understandable if the units were cheap, but they're actually pretty expensive. So it's not really excusable.

(More customer reviews)Product was received on time, without issue. I used it to decorate the border of a bathroom mirror and it worked pretty well. Use it in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside, because it does have a strong odor while being sprayed. I took the mirror down, and laid it flat on a workbench outside. This product does not permanently etch the glass, but gives the same effect. Since it is essentially like a spray paint and not etched, some care should be taken in subsequent contact and cleaning. It can take light cleaning and rubbing, but would not hold up to harsh or abrasive cleaners, constant handling, or continued water contact.

Went to OSH and bought a supposedly identical GB switch. Now I have 2 of the three speeds that I should have. Will leave it at that as two suffice and I'm tired of messing with it.....
Nonetheless, this fan has blown a *lot* of dust out of my workshop - just ask my neighbour on that side! :-) So I do like it.

While the Targus doesn't have USB ports, I can get those anywhere: my laptop, my iGo, or any cheap AC-to-USB converter. The Belkin has a 360-swivel plug, but it doesn't fold away, so it's bulkier and more cumbersome than the Targus. (The Belkin that does have a fold-away plug has only 2 outlets.
So why 4 outlets if you only need 2 at a time (laptop and charger)? Think airport: the traveler crouched in against the wall has taken the last available outlet at your gate. You have your Targus Travel Power Outlets with Surge Protection, and now there are outlets available for them, 2 of your devices, and an extra for anyone who may need it. (Sales opportunities can happen anywhere. Be prepared.) Then, think hotel: you need to charge your cell, work cell, and laptop, but you'd like to be able to see. Instead they just perch themselves on the spikes. My guess it that while it may work well for larger birds like pigeons, it doesn't work so well for smaller birds.

Arrow Fastener T50 Heavy Duty Staple Gun Review

(More customer reviews)This testament to the quality of this tool may be how many times I've either had it stolen. For under 20 bucks you get a stapler that will work perfectly -- not a single jam -- until you 'lose it'. Great for stapling screen, fabric or any material into wood as well as other light surfaces. I've used it for a variety for household repair project and I suspect it is great for craft things as well.
One note: if you are going to use this to tack telephone cable or electrical wire I would highly recommend buying the T-25 instead (it wasn't on Amazon at the time of this review, but I suspect it will be here soon.) That model has curved staples and a guide to feed the wire, resulting in a much lower chance of puncturing through the insulation. It is very good for hiding all the assorted self-installed 'networks' and 'audio systems' in your house.
Though I see other ergodynamic versions are available, I truly don't believe that there's much to improve on -- this tool is pretty much perfect.

My trusty surge protector, once the electric was turned on via my fusebox when the electric was back, squealed due to its audio alarm. I plugged in each electronic device to see if they were okay and they were all fine. I now have to replace it (once a surge protector has done its job it is at least slightly damaged), but it saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of hassle.

(More customer reviews)This set of 20 bits costs less than one high-quality diamond bit from other sources, and the bits did the job for which they were purchased.
Used them to drill two 1/8 inch diameter holes in non-tempered window glass. This must be done slowly to avoid overheating and possibly fracturing the glass. Used several different bits to change shapes in the hope of making it go faster. When done, the holes were fine and all of the bits still seemed to have their abrasive surfaces.
I've read elsewhere that a high-quality diamond bit will last for perhaps three holes like these, and that it takes about two minutes to make one hole. Well, it took about 30 minutes per hole, but more than half of that time was spent pausing to let the glass and bit cool off. Since all of the bits still have diamond grit on them, it seems likely that they'll be able to make several more holes before wearing out.
NOTE: Tempered glass probably will shatter if drilled. This window didn't have a "tempered" logo in the corner and looked normal when viewed through polarized sunglasses.

I have had this item for about 3 or 4 years now, and it just broke because I was an idiot and plugged in two space heaters before checking the energy max of the surge protector. This unit is designed with AV equipment in mind, so naturally when it sensed a surge from high capacity units, such as space heaters,it did what it was supposed to: sacrificed itself to prevent the power surge from destroying my flat screen, dvr box, and other AV equipment. The high pitched ring it gives is a warning sign to notify you that it has self destructed to prevent the surge from reaching everything else connected to the protector.
I immediately placed an order for another one (the newer model) and remembered an important lesson: Never assume, and always read the instructions.

(More customer reviews)I bought this generator for power outages and it works well for light use. I really like the light weight. It can be moved around easily. It's good on gas too. I like the charging cables that come with it for charging batteries, they plug right in the front panel. It also has a fuel guage built into the fuel tank. I found the drain on the carb very convenient for storage. The air filter has easy access wing nuts for easy cleaning. The rubber feet on the bottom keep it from "walking" across the floor when running. The only thing I didn't care for was the light on the front panel that indicates there is 120 volt power present, it is very dim, making it hard to see in the daylight, but I can live with that. I bought a second one just to have two around. If you're looking for a small generator, this is a winner!
