(More customer reviews)False advertisement, I just got off the phone with customer service & she said that there online ad says clearly one ea. but I'm looking right at it & says "Sash Lifts Bright Solid Brass." Not one word about how many. They all come in pairs in every ad I've seen.The second word in the ad is "Lifts" That means more than one!!!
