(More customer reviews)I hate to write a bad review, but this item was a disappointment. Yes it was cheap, but it did not do the only thing it was supposed to do... cut glass.
I tried to cut a thin piece of glass from a small picture frame. I could not get a clean cut whatsoever, I just ruined the frame.
And just in case I used it wrong (which isn't my fault given there were hardly any directions), I'm still giving a low rating because this item description clearly says "2 per card" but you will only get one glass cutter per order.
Waste of my money and shipping and the glass that it ruined.

Ok, I was wrong. Thru trial and error I got this to work. The secret is .... press hard. Its scary to do it on glass, but you need to push it down with some force. Unfortunately they dont allow you to change the number of stars in a rating - but I'm ok with that. The product is still mis-stated as including two. And I blame my first failed attempts on the fact that there are no instructions in the package.
