(More customer reviews)This items works as promised. I installed it myself, and I'm not particularly handy. I pulled out the door's hinge pin, slipped on the Hinge Pin Door Stop, and re-inserted the pin. I think I might have spent 5 minutes doing this job--very satisfying to get something done so quickly and have to work so well.
It is ridiculously easy to adjust the twisty part of the door stop to set the door to open exactly as far as I want it to go without allowing it to slam into the new Ikea wardrobe I just put behind my bedroom door.

(More customer reviews)I bought two of these for heavy self-closing office doors that demolished all the preceding wedge-type door stoppers. They work great. Ability to hang over the door handle, or the unusual shape (not sure which) also seems to stymie those door stopper thieves, whoever they are. Wish the yellow ones were available from Amazon, but the pink and black continue to look good after months of use. If you've struggled to find a door stopper that can handle heavy doors, this is your best bet for the price.
