(More customer reviews)All of the women of my family have an impressively extensive collection of decorations that really bring out the holiday cheer and of course require lots of those little C5 lights. In a time of when energy conservation is becoming a paramount, it's nice to know there is a way to light up your home and still conserve.
Though not as bright as traditional bulbs these LED's produce a nice glow that illuminates your village scenes quite nicely and only uses pennies a year. With a large selection you will find uses from Christmas to Halloween and all the rest of the holidays throughout the year.

(More customer reviews)I bought several of these to use as decorative accent bulbs. They are great for that purpose. They run cool, burn little energy and burn almost forever. The white bulbs are bluish. The colored bulbs are spectacular. The colors are incredibly vibrant. Like laser light.
I don't know what country manufactures these. They are not marked. I've had several of these running constantly for months now. There have been no failures. Despite what another reviewer said, the quality seems fine.

(More customer reviews)1. Measure the tank's height. Mark the foil side with a magic marker, then cut the wrap on the floor. It's near impossible do it with the wrap on the tank. There are foil tabs to secure the wrap to the top of the tank . . . make sure you cut the correct side. I found that scissors worked just fine to cut it.
2. My gas water heater is only thirty gallons. The width of the wrap did not need adjustment - it just fit. The description says it fits up to 60 gallon size. I can't see how. Some other reviewer with a larger tank will have to comment on this.
3. Use the measurement of the tank's height and pre-cut a length of tape this size. Next, cut four 6" pieces - these will be used to tape the sides of the wrap together. Finally, cut the remaining tape into 4" strips for use in taping the tabs on the top of the wrap to the tank. I had enough tape for my small tank. Other reviewers complained that there is not enough tape. If in doubt, buy a small roll of foil tape when you buy the wrap.
4. If you have a gas water heater, position the wrap so that the connecting parts are on the front. On my heater, the loose end tucked neatly behind the gas line and valve.
5. Tape the top with two 4" pieces where the two sides meet. Then pull the foil sides together from the top down using the 6" pieces to tape across the meeting point. Finally, use the long piece of tap to tape it once more vertically.
6. Cut out a section of the wrap on the bottom at least 3" away from the burner assembly. You want to stay warm, not cause a fire.
7. Finish off by taping the top with the remaining 4" pieces of tape making sure you don't go anywhere near the flue.
The Frost King make is reasonable quality. It's available from your local hardware store, Home Depot or Lowe's at a better price as Amazon . . . plus no shipping cost.

(More customer reviews)First, let me warn everyone--if you need a bright night light, do not buy this LED replacement. However, for many people, the Feit Electric BPC7 will be satisfactory. I have tried several LED night light replacement bulbs. They vary widely in quality and light output. This LED bulb does well in both areas.
The bulb puts out a moderate blue-white light. I have heard from some long-term users of similar products that it may become more blue over time (we're talking about years here). The color of the light may take getting used to, but it is pleasant and does not disturb sleep when getting that late-night drink of water.
For those of a technical mindset, commercial LED night light bulbs come in a couple different forms: full-cycle, rectified circuits or half-cycle circuits, which have a resistor and/or capacitor. A full-cycle LED is capable of producing near-constant light; a half-cycle LED will produce light pulses as the circuit cycles on and off (approx. 60 times per second, if attached to the U.S. power grid). When thinking about light quality and bulb longevity: a rectified LED cicuit is what you want. It is the type of circuit you will find in the Feit Electric BPC7. Maybe that is why they can offer a lifetime guarantee. None of the other bulbs I tried have this guarantee. (Please note: I am not an engineer--this is based on my own understanding of LED circuitry)

(More customer reviews)I ordered these bulbs for a small light that I have in my living room. The light is on all the time so I wanted something that wasn't super bright and had a nice glow. These are very nice looking bulbs. It looks like a candle is burning except for the fact that they do not flicker. They put off a really nice glow but it would be better if they flickered.
