The bits fall out during shipping, chip and bang each other during the trip, and show up at your door thrashed. I returned my first pair thinking it was a fluke, second pair also arrived thrashed. So I eventually purchased this at a local store instead. They're quality bits, a little complex, but that comes with the territory.
