I was very pleased that the finials were metal with some weight... not plastic. The finials are larger than photos and look very nice. Especially with our new contemporary modern decor.

This pair of holdbacks is very nice. They look great on the wall, hold the curtains where you want them, and are very, very easy to install. I installed them myself, in minutes! Just make sure you measure and mark the wall first. I held one in place and put the curtain on it to make sure that it looked right before I installed them.
You want to make sure the height is right so the curtains look nice, and that the distance from the window opening is right, making it look the way you want it.
I already have these in my two bedrooms and love the way they look.

(More customer reviews)I got 6 of these. Once you've installed the first one, doing the next 5 were easy. Really all you do is drill 4 holes and you're done.. it's not very complicated at all. Put the curtain through the rod, hang the rod, you're done.
My wife thinks they look a lot more expensive than what they were, which is always a good thing. It says high quality with a low budget price tag.
