(More customer reviews)I also bought this product from a retail store. It does have three speeds, they are: loud, louder, and loudest. The tilt feature is practically useless because the fan can't support itself and always falls to the 'down' position. (I guess I'll have to look for that hidden screw.) As if all this wasn't bad enough, when you try to turn the fan, it usually results in the fan cage separating from the motor shaft. To fix it requires opening the cage, removing the fan blades, screwing the plastic wing nut back on, and putting the whole thing back together. I had completed the tedious process several times but this time but this last time I waited a while before fixing it. I didn't realize the motor was still on when the fan cage 'broke' and now the motor is fried. When I turn it on, it only makes it's beep sound. All in all, this fan has been terrible. Luckily for me I only paid around $35 for this worthless thing and not some $50 that Amazon wants for it.
