(More customer reviews)This shed took 2 of us about 12 hours to put together. The directions were very good and everything fit perfectly! Three years later, it still looks as good as the day we built it and it holds up to Michigan winters well. Yesterday my plastic thumb latch on my door handle broke. I wish they would have had a better design than plastic, but I just called Lifetime Customer Service line and they are sending me a free replacement part. I don't anticipate many more problems because this shed is QUALITY construction. The 10-year warranty and cooperative Customer Service is surely a positve. As another review said, the shelving could have used better support bars and most of the "extras" are expensive and not worth the price. I suggest getting the basic shed and building your own shelving.
