(More customer reviews)Ordered this because of the great capacity (11,500 BTU) but was disappointed when I finally had to use it. Purchased it late 2009 but didn't need it until summer 2010. Probably should have hooked it up and tried it right away, but didn't.
Fan works great but the unit doesn't get cold at all, just blows air that is a little bit cooler than the room. I checked all the setting and read the manual so pretty sure it's not pilot error.
Went to Costco and got a Sharp unit for less that works great. I'd send this back but too late so I'm stuck. Don't buy this unit, it doesn't work.
