(More customer reviews)I have used many different command hooks and all of them work perfectly. If installed correctly I have never had one come down, even when hanging more than the recommended weight on them. I have them on painted surfaces and on the backs of doors. I even hang my heavy full length terry cloth robe on it when it is wet after a shower. I know it weighs more than the 7.5.lbs for the jumbo hook. I think that the key is to put the adhesive strip on as directed and then hold it in place firmly for at least a minute. Then do not hang anything on it until the next day. I have had some of these hooks up for years and have never had a problem.

(More customer reviews)I cracked a mirror while spending an hour trying to hammer some sawtooth hangers in it, and even then, I was dreading the process of measuring exactly where to hammer some nails into the wall to hang it up.
I bought a new mirror that came with these strips, and they forever changed the way I hang stuff up on my wall! Not only do they not leave holes in the wall, it's a cinch to position and stick up mirrors, picture frames, etc. I was skeptical at first on how well it would hold up my heavy mirror, but it's super secure.

(More customer reviews)These are useful hooks. Don't forget they only hold a half pound; less than the weight of a wet washcloth. Buy 3M hook 17002 or 17003 if you want something stronger.
Don't forget the instructons to: 1) prep the mounting site weith alcohol; 2) press hard 3) wait for the adhesive to set before using the hook.

(More customer reviews)I bought this to move warm air from our LR to the rest of the when the woodstove is going. It gets too hot in the room and this does help. It's not the perfect solution, but it was cheaper than putting another doorway in just yet. It does require cutting a hole in the wall (obviously) so if you're not handy, keep that in mind. It's much quieter than the doorway fan we have. I'd recommend it.

Spring Loaded Patio Door Lock Review

(More customer reviews)I've just fitted 3 of these bolts to our patio doors. They required modification as the bracket designed to hold them on was far too wide for the style of doors I have. I needed to saw the excess bracket off & spray the raw exposed alloy white to match.
They work well as locks but it is very easy to lock yourself out as, unless you turn the bolt through 90 degrees, they self-latch shut.
