This is for a 12x22' studio with 2 southern facing windows and a little used kitchen area. It replaced a 17 year old panasonic slide in window unit. Installation was straight forward but would have been easier if there was a sleeve. It is keeping the room at 73. So far so good. 3 more days of hi ninety's expected.
