(More customer reviews)I bought these because I had some broken locks and wanted to have all my locks the same style. I was psyched I found satin nickel in bulk for such a good price, so I bought 2 packages to do my whole house. Unfortunately, the locks are not made well; they look nice enough, but when you install them they don't line up properly, so you can't slide the lock closed all the way. I wrote to the seller multiple times to see if he'd refund my money, but he never responded back. I don't know if this was faulty stock or if all the stock is poor, but I'd never buy again from this seller because of the unresponsiveness.
