(More customer reviews)I purchased several of these items to replace the channel balance in my windows that became defective with age. EVERY ONE of the items from received from this company fell apart within minutes. The primary problem (on three of them) was that the nylon cord broke. In one other case the spring broke damaging the window sill. I do not recommend these products.
