(More customer reviews)The picture displayed for this item number was incorrect. I thought I was ordering what I was looking at- which was a cord reel for a drapery rod. Instead I received a rod bracket. I wrote to the web store and never received a reply. So I spent $10 with shipping on a $3 part which I did not need. Won't order through them again. Also disappointed in Amazon since they received a copy of the complaint but did not step in to correct the problem.
