(More customer reviews)I couldn't install the driver on Win XP SP3 and had to email the manufacturer, who answered promptly and suggested I do the installation in Safe Mode, which worked OK. Once the software is active (three days after receiving the logger), the product works just as advertised, although I've not tried to calibrate it.
