(More customer reviews)This is our 3rd material cart from Grizzly, and they all perform as you would expect. Our problem has been with the cheap box that the cart arrives in. Each time, the box has been severely damaged or even destroyed, and each time we were missing parts. The last two times a caster had fallen out before the package reached our location. The good news is that Grizzly supplied relacement casters without any difficulties. My recommendation is that if you need a cart like this - go ahead and order it, but be prepared to contact Grizzly for replacement casters. A buyer should also be aware that the bolts are all metric, so have a set of metric wrenches available. I would probably give the cart 4 stars (good for the price), but the poor packaging degrades the experience.
