I talked with 4 salesperson inreference to returning this item and could not get this matter resolve. This is a white storm door that you can not see out which do not service the purpose of security. ACEHARDWARE CHARGE ME A $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE AND WANT ME TO PAID FOR THE ITEM TO GET RETURN TO THEM. This item is own by ACEHARDWARE who refuse to give good customer service. I recommend anyone ordering from ACEHARDWARE do not because you will get harrass when tryin to return a item. I have a pending investigation thru Better Business Bureau against ACEHARDWARE this show you what I got to go thought to get it resolve. Bobby 240-460-7239
