(More customer reviews)I have had this screen door sitting in my garage for three years while my house was getting remodeled. Finally I installed this door, all the parts were there and in perfect condition, since it was still in the original box, just to note that.
We choose the outside mount installation method for the single screen. The issue we faced was on step #14 of the instructions, it instructed to drill 3/8" holes using the 1/8" as guides through the bottom rail so that we could secure it. By doing so the track was completely useless to run the door in, it took us 8 hours to deburr it and it STILL catches on the burrs and screws and is almost unusable now. We need a new bottom track to replace the one that was damaged by the faulty instructions. Even with a new track it is unknown how we are going to be able to complete the installation with the method that is described in the instructions. It would be easier if the bottom piece was the same height as the top rail piece or if the installation method called for drilling DOWN instead of through the side right through the tracks of the door.
