New York Wire 70590 Pet D Fence Pet-Resistant Screening Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This screen is as tough as they say. After re-screening my porch several times in the 15 years I have been here I used this pet screening at the suggestion of a friend. The cats climb it as if it was part of their play regimen and it doesn't budge or tear. I have had it up for going on 1 year now. Doesn't waver when the wind blows and is as taught as the day I put it up. It was no harder to put up than regular screening. It is darker than regular screen and a tad thicker, but that provides a bit more privacy (my neighbor complains because now she cannot see on to our porch as well) and we can see out into the yard with only a very minimum amount less clarity.

CRL 20" Adjustable Window Screen Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This window screen is very poorly constructed, even considering that it supposed to be an inexpensive product. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND of adjustable window screen. I have a couple other, slightly larger, screens from other manufacturers and they are of markedly superior construction and they cost about half as much money. I only wish I could have found this size in another make.

New York Wire 33541 Clear Advantage Screening, 36-Inch by 84-Inch Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I finally had a chance to complete my new screen door yesterday, and I used New York Wire Clear Advantage for the screening.
I had checked it immediately upon arrival due to a previous review complaining of damage. Mine had no damage, but I was still a little worried just how dark this looked on the roll, and even upon installation (I was making the door in unnatural light in the basement).
Sure enough, once I installed the door to the outside world, it looks fantastic, near invisible.
This screen seems to be more lightweight than metallic versions I've used before.
My experience was great: good price and good quality.

Thermwell Prods. Co. AWS1837 Adjustable Metal Rail Screen Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)These screens are just what we needed for the 9 windows in our condo. We wanted something to help keep the bugs out and our family pets in when the weather was nice enough to open our windows, without having to go through the expense of having custom screens made. They expand into the window frames, and the window panes rest on top, creating a sturdy fit that stays put when the wind gusts in. The sides are reinforced with wood, which helps the screens absorb the weight of the windows, and while the stray gnat still can make it inside, larger bugs cannot. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our purchase. The screens have already paid for themselves in energy savings, and we feel that having fresh air in our home is great for our family's health.

Thermwell Products AWS1207 Adjustable Screen Window Ventilator, 10" HIGH Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)For some reason these were impossible for me to find, I must have went to 4 hardware stores until I found these ventilators here on Amazon. I had just put in new windows in my home, the new windows required no storm windows so I was worried that if I wanted to let some air into the house during a rain storm, water would be pouring in too. They worked perfectly, allowing me to get fresh air and keeping the water out! Beware of the ones made in China, Marvin makes the best!
