(More customer reviews)I bought 2 sets of Cyber Power 1090 surge protector because I had great experience with its UPS 800AVR units.
However, whenever I print anything on my Cannon MP830, my screen would wobble by very tiny amount. Its barely detectable but is definitely present. My 5-year old APC surge protector PER7 did not exhibit this problem.
This is not the same high quality build as CyberPower's UPS. If you want UPS I recommend CyberPower. If you want good surge protector with good line noise filtering then go with APC.

(More customer reviews)I needed two protectors for cable coax to my small tv's. I have 3 tripplite isobars that I use for my entertainment systems and computers. This unit works great too. The tv showed no signal loss after the connection (stayed at 85% strength, although I do run all my cable through a booster). I have never had an issue with tripplite and surge damage.

(More customer reviews)The unit functions fine but is not the quality I would expect from TrippLite. The case and switches are cheaply made. The outlets are too close together to plug in anything other than a standard cord. (Transformers from various computer devices either have to be plugged into extention cords or block more than one outlet. Since many computer peripherals use transformers this seems like an obvious improvement that could be made to the unit.)
