Had to go with the window install since I live in an apartment, and while the installation was easy, I'm glad I don't have to move the thing twice a year. Unit runs relatively quietly in both heating and cooling modes. As a little bit of good advice, be mindful of how much you're loading on a single breaker... learned that lesson the hard way.
