I had looked locally and found this one online, not only at a great price, but it had the ability to chill two glasses in the door! It was something I had not seen before and being the wine lovers that we are this would of made a great conversation piece at our next dinner party. The box arrived....it was sent in the original carton. Not packed within a protective box..just sent in the carton you'd buy it at a local store! Needless to say, when he opend the box, the glass door was broken. I contacted them and wanted to exchange it for a non borken one. I was told that they don't do that, I would have to repurchase it all over again! So we returned it at a cost of 36.00 (non refunded). We ended up getting a larger wine celler at a local store and are very happy with it. I am more than disapponted and not impressed of how my transaction was of no concern to them. So buyer be ware!
