(More customer reviews)Our windows are very old and drafty and they need to be replaced soon. This is a great temporary solution to fill in all the cracks around the window frame until next spring when we replace all of our windows. We've had near freezing temperatures in the evenings already, and it does a great job eliminating the draft.
This stuff is kind of like of "Play-Dough". The only complaint I have is the when I try to unroll one cord at a time, it breaks off. I was trying to keep the installation as "clean" looking as possible, but that's difficult to do when you are using a "band-aid" solution like this.
UPDATE 12/22/10
Even after several weeks of very dry air (20-30%), this caulking cord is still as pliable as the day I opened the package.

(More customer reviews)I took a chance and bought this system mainly for the 4 cameras at such a low price. I shouldn't have. The instructions were written by someone very unfamiliar with the English language. Two of the four cameras didn't work. The transmission was supposed to be 330 feet; I was unable to get over 80 feet. The night vision might have been good for 10 feet, and I'm being generous. There was only one review when I bought this system. It was a good review. I think it was written by the manufacturer because no one else since then has had any luck with this product. Don't waste you money on this. I have recently bought the Uniden system and it works like a jewel. Oh, by the way, it cost me $21 bucks to send this junk back. Amazon gave me an expedited refund so I have no complaint with them. But this system is not worth $20, much less over $200.

(More customer reviews)I've been purchasing frost king P/U foam tape for quite a while. The need arose for white foam tape, and frost king delivers another great product. Easy to use, backing peels just fine, sticks to wood, melamine, plastic, and latex paint with no issues, and is as white as you can get with foam (you can see through it a little, but when put on white surfaces or near white things, it matches just fine). I would recommend this tape to anyone who needs a weather seal need fulfilled.

I bought it to pad certain edges of furniture in the garage so that if I open a car door into the furniture it does not damage the paint on the car. I needed something thick enough to cushion the blow, and with good enough adhesive to stick to unfinished lumber.
So far, this product has performed admirably on all counts, it has stayed attached where I put it, and has successfully protected my vehicles from paint dings.

(More customer reviews)A huge sheet of plastic comes in this package. HUGE. You almost need two people just to handle it. Package comes with a roll of tape too. I've insulated my patio door and noticed the change. Even bought a thermometer to measure the change. This stuff works great.
The instructions are a bit...well...they could be better. Window tape goes around the patio door frame, the plastic is added, then the plastic is pressed against the tape. The theory is that the plastic and the tape make an air-tight seal and keep the cold drafts from entering your home.
One note: If your patio door doesn't have a space on the bottom for the tape, the instructions call for nailing a piece of wood to the floor and using that for the bottom. Not too sure about that idea. Check your patio door before ordering. All you need is a 1/2in space for the tape.
