It has every feature one could want, 11.4 EER and Energy Star compliant. It cools my 20'x10' bedroom with ease and quietly! plus I got a rebate for E-star compliance.
If you can afford it, it will pay for itself over the life of the unit with the extra energy savings. I give 5 stars for performance, 5 stars for features and 3-stars for high price. You get what you pay for, plus it's perfect for a bedroom where sound and programmability are very important.
