IT LEAVES NEXT TO NO INDENTATION IN THE MATERIAL AND A DRILL BIT WILL SLIDE RIGHT OFF OF IT. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A STARRETT AND HAVE FOUND THAT IT IS WELL WORTH THE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS FOR AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. DON'T GO CHEAP, GET THE REAL DEAL!
