It's bigger than the standard guidepoint bits, but then it does bigger jobs. Just remember to travel clockwise around the window or door opening, and this bit does all the rest. It quickly produces clean, smooth, accurate cuts without wandering all over the place. The secret is to have the depth set just right; not to shallow, so the guidepoint tip provides steadiness, and not too deep, so the bit doesn't cut into the studs.
