I have no issue with the company I ordered it from, Ron's Home and Gardening, because their service and timely shipping was right on. The issue is in the quality of the manufactured product. The first roll was wrinkled in the manufacturing process, so the vinyl was nothing like the crystal clear product it's advertised to be. When I called "Ron's Home and Gardening" to notate the quality, they sent out another roll immediately. They sent the 2nd roll from another warehouse hoping this one was from another batch lot where the same quality issue wouldn't arise. Not to be, unfortunately. I will call them to let them know the issue is similar, not as bad, but similar in that the 48" wide roll of vinyl is not like the quality of the 36" roll of vinyl, which has been crystal clear and worth the price.
