(More customer reviews)This router bit was perfect for making window sills out of 1x5s. You need to carefully set the height to cover the 3/4 inch thickness of the board, but it will work. It arrived quickly and was securely packed.
A router table with fence is essential, as well as featherboards to force the board flat against the table top and the fence.
I also found out that I needed to make long infeed and outfeed extensions for my router table when routing the edge of 8 foot long boards, otherwise the boards would lift off of the bit at the start and end of each cut.
