(More customer reviews)When I got this router bit it came assembled for one of the two profiles it can cut. It looked new but when I tried to assemble it to cut the mating profile there was a spacer missing. I called Amana and the first thing they asked is did I purchase a used bit. I told them no. The bit was not advertised as used and when I ordered it I assumed it was brand new. I ordered it through Amazon.com but it came from a place called D&K Tools. Amana has never heard of them. Amana told me they would send me the missing spacer and I'm still waiting for it as of this review. However the bit is rock solid cutting the one profile I am able to cut and it looks like it will do the same for the other profile when I get the missing spacer. I am assuming this is a mistake on either DK's part or Amana's and since this is my first purchase from Amazon it has left me a little worried about ever making another on this web site. Time will tell. I gave it only 3 stars because the bit is only 1/2 here. IF the missing part fixes the problem and that part of the bit cuts like the first then this bit is definatly a 5 star bit.
